Notice: The registered marks of The Evangelical Covenant Church may only be used by member churches of The Evangelical Covenant Church or by regional conferences, institutions and organizations legally affiliated with the Evangelical Covenant Church and listed in the Covenant Yearbook. Other persons, organizations, or third parties, are prohibited from using these marks and any use without express written consent is a violation of law and may be subject to civil liability or criminal penalties. The Covenant encourages member churches to use these registered marks on business cards, letterheads, brochures, bulletins, signs, window displays, ads and similar media. They must be used with the federal registration symbol. ® These registered marks may not be used on merchandise for sale for fundraisers of any other reason, except with prior express written consent of the Secretary of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
