What is each department’s specific role in PENSION?

The Department of Administration

The Department of Administration helps participants prepare for retirement. They handle inquiries related to pension amount projections and setting a retirement date, and make sure participants have appropriate forms to fill out so their transition into retirement goes smoothly. Pension rule questions may also be directed to this department. Tricia De Kok is the pension coordinator for the Department of Administration and is the assistant to the Director of Pensions, Mary Miller. The Department of Finance

The Department of Finance handles all pension billing for new and current pastors and pension check distribution for those who have retired. If you have address or bank changes, you may contact them. Randall Jordan is the Pension and Benefits Financial Manager and is responsible for all pension billing, retiree pensions and other pension records. The Department of the Ordered Ministry

The Department of the Ordered Ministry sends the “Covenant Pension Plan Move Form” which serves the purpose of beginning pension billing and noting address and pastorate changes.
