A variety of activities are planned for the week:

• June 30-July 4, family camp will be held
• July 5-7, staff and board retreat - all former staff, summer staff and board members are invited
• July 7-9 is the anniversary weekend
• July 8, President Glenn Palmberg will speak during the 10 a.m. worship service. The afternoon will have many options for recreation, entertainment and reunions for all campers who have attended TLCC.
• July 8, the Sonshine Singers will present a concert at 7 p.m.
• Throughout the weekend, a quilt show featuring projects taught and made at TLC quilt retreats will be held in the historic Charles Knapp Round Barn.

In 1956, more than 1,000 people attended the groundbreaking of what was then called Twin Lakes Covenant Bible Camp.

This year also marks the 145th anniversary of the building of the Swede Bend Mission Covenant Church - which would become the site of the first Covenant congregation in the United States - and the 30th anniversary of Swede Bend being moved to TLCC where it is used for community worship services in the summer. More celebrations will continue in December with "A Swede Bend Christmas."
