Church Featured in Outreach Article
SUNNYVALE, CA (November 16, 2005) - Great Exchange Covenant Church is featured
in a current Outreach magazine article about churches that are
using small ways to reach a broader group of people.
The article recounts the story of a Great Exchange small group paying
the train fare for a woman so she can afford to meet with one of the
study groups at the church.
The church was planted in 2001 by David Chae in the Silicon Valley,
where 87 percent of the people reportedly are unchurched. On average,
560 people attend the church each week.
Outreach magazine is targeted to pastors and other church leaders
and has a readership of 80,000, according to its website.
