Volunteers Working Hard in Pascagoula

PASCAGOULA, FL (October 3, 2005) - Below are additional photos of the relief work by a group of volunteers.
Inside Eastlawn United Methodist Church
Flood water caused serious damage to the inside of Eastlawn United Methodist Church; however, it served as a staging area for flood relief efforts by workers from Celebration Covenant Church. Some members slept inside the church while others slept outdoors.
Team clears debris from yard
Members of the work team work to remove trees and brush that covered the yard of one home.
Tree leans into house
The tree leaning on this house was located across the street from Eastlawn United Methodist Church, where the team stayed.
Where house once stood
This is all that remained of one home destroyed by the flood water and wind.
