Memorial Service Saturday for Bill Lundberg

PEORIA, AZ (February 10, 2005) - A memorial service will be conducted Saturday for retired Evangelical Covenant Church pastor Bill Lundberg, 76, who died Sunday morning near his home in the Phoenix area.

The service will begin at 2 p.m. in New Hope Covenant Church, 8217 W. Country Gables in Peoria. A graveside service in Whittier, California, will take place later today. Lundberg served a number of California congregations over the years.

Survivors include his wife, Janet, and five daughters and their families. The family suggests memorials be sent to New Hope Covenant Church or World Vision International.
