New CG&E Site Allows Online FEAST Registration

CHICAGO, IL (January 27, 2005) - It's a new online look with new features for the Department of Church Growth and Evangelism, including online registration for the upcoming FEAST celebration in June and more user-friendly navigational tools.

To access the Church Growth site, visit the official website of the Evangelical Covenant Church at www.covchurch.org and select the Church Growth link in menu to the left of the home page.

The new site incorporates expanded information and resources – the number of pages has nearly doubled – with content conveniently segmented by major ministry focus, including Evangelism & Prayer, Church Planting, Land & Facilities & Finance and Special Focus Ministries. Additional ministries supported by the Church Growth site include the Urban Commission, Town & Country Commission, Ethnic Commission and various ethnic associations, Alaska Ministries and Large Church Network.

Of particular importance is the need for individuals attending this year's FEAST celebration to register online as early as possible to lock in lodging – the choices narrow over time as more people register. Registrants can register and pay online (with major credit card) through a secure payment system that is part of the FEAST registration.
