Covenanters Featured on CNN Website

WHEATON, IL (January 24, 2005) - Members of the Glen Ellyn Covenant Church are featured today on the website of the cable news network CNN for their work in returning lost "dog tags" (military identification tags) to Vietnam veterans or their families.

V.R. Roskam and his wife, Martha, discovered 37 dog tags in a wicker basket of a street merchant in Ho Chi Minh city three years ago. Since then, they have returned nine of the tags and are preparing to return a tenth.

Some of the tags belonged to soldiers who were killed in the conflict, and others were simply lost in the fog of war.
