Alaska Christian College Seeks Admissions Director

SOLDOTNA, AK (July 1, 2004) - Alaska Christian College (ACC) is seeking a new full-time director of admissions. The position is responsible for bringing new students to the school, which is sponsored by the Evangelical Covenant Church of Alaska and focuses on whole-life discipleship.

"The job has two main responsibilities," says Keith Hamilton, ACC president. "Recruit 30 students each year and love them when they arrive."

Candidates for the position need to be able to travel extensively in Alaska, serve on the president's cabinet, disciple a small group of people, and "work towards our overall mission of whole-life discipleship," says Hamilton.

The position is available immediately and offers full benefits. Candidates will be asked to raise 50 percent of their salary. For a complete job description, email Hamilton at KJHamilton@aol.com. More information about ACC can be found at www.alaskachristiancollege.org

Mark Hill, former director of admissions, will be attending North Park Theological Seminary as a presidential scholar.
