Cromwell (CT) Seeks Associate Administrator

CROMWELL, CT (June 18, 2004) - Applications are being accepted for a position as associate administrator of health and wellness at Covenant Village of Cromwell, a nationally accredited retirement community that is part of Covenant Retirement Communities of the Evangelical Covenant Church.

Associate Administrator of Health and Wellness The associate administrator is responsible for implementing policies and procedures of Covenant Retirement Communities and Covenant Village of Cromwell, assuring compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and laws. The position seeks to enhance the security, independence and dignity of all of the community's residents by providing inspired organizational leadership and creative operational management.

The ideal candidate will bring to this position a current CT nursing home administrator's license and a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree. A master's degree in an appropriately related field is highly desirable. A minimum of four years of experience with significant leadership responsibilities in long-term care is required, as is a strong desire to meet the unique needs of the older adult in an organization guided by Christian ideals and values. High standards of personal integrity, the ability to manage confidentiality and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of community residents through personal commitment and creative management practices is essential.
