Lucia Pageant December 7 at North Park University
CHICAGO, IL (November 18, 2002) - North Park University (NPU) is co-sponsoring its annual Santa Lucia Pageant at 7:30 on December 7 in Anderson Chapel.The pageant is being held in cooperation with the NPU Swedish Department, the Center for Scandinavian Studies and the Institute for International and Cultural Studies. The event will include Christmas carols, folk tales, the Christmas gospel in English and Swedish and the candlelight presentation of "Santa Lucia."
No admission is being charged, but a donation will be appreciated. Refreshments will be served after the pageant. For more information, call 773-244-5592.
