Faculty to Present Concert at Anderson Chapel
CHICAGO, IL (September 17, 2001) - Faculty members from the North Park University School of
Music will participate in a recital September 21 at Anderson Chapel.
The 7:30 p.m. performance is open to the public and will include Bachianas Brasleiras No. 5 by Hector Villa-Lobos, Three Songs of Edith Sitwell by William Walton and the Russian Usher Waltz. Among the musicians from North Park's faculty are Annie Picard (vocalist), Julie Goldberg (guitar) and Kuang-Hao Huang (piano).
Tickets are $7 for general admission and $5 for seniors and non-North Park students. North Park students will be admitted without charge. For more information, call the School of Music at 773-244-5625.
