Groundbreaking May 6 at Church of Hemlock Farms

LORDS VALLEY, PA (April 30, 2001) - The Church of Hemlock Farms, an East Coast Conference church, will celebrate a mortgage burning and groundbreaking ceremony for a new building addition May 6.

The church paid off a 20-year mortgage from National Covenant Properties after only five years. The new building addition will include four classrooms, two offices and two handicapped-accessible bathrooms.

The Church of Hemlock Farms is a congregation affiliated with both the Reformed Church of America and the Evangelical Covenant Church. It has an average Sunday worship attendance of 126 and is pastored by Robert Duncan.
