Covenant Bookstore Expands Online Selection

CHICAGO (December 5, 2000) - The number of items offered through the online Covenant Bookstore expanded Monday as part of an ongoing effort to increase the availability of books and other merchandise available through the Internet.

Expansion of online offerings is a gradual process, according to bookstore manager Jeff Lennard. He reported a small, but steady increase in the number of orders since the site became operational.

Visitors to the site place individual selections into an electronic shopping cart and pay for the entire order by credit card. Orders are shipped no later than the next day, unless the item is not in stock or is backordered.
