CRC Seeking to Fill Three Positions
CHICAGO (June 19, 2000) - Applications are being accepted for three positions in Covenant Retirement Communities. Marketing Representative
Covenant Manor is seeking a marketing representative. This position is accountable for assisting in all responsibilities related to the marketing of Covenant Manor in order to assure a well-rounded and smooth functioning program, as well as occupancy and a viable waiting list of prospective residents.
The successful candidate will have a college degree, demonstrated marketing and sales ability, and an understanding of and ability to manage a computerized marketing database. This position reports directly to the marketing director and is service in nature.

Health Care Administrator
Covenant Village of Northbrook is seeking a health care administrator, responsible for the operations of Brandel Care Center and Axelson Manor. The position reports directly to the campus administrator.

National Project Development Director
Covenant Retirement Communities, a provider of accredited continuing care retirement communities, is seeking a national director of project development. This position is accountable for overseeing the process of master planning and expansion on existing campuses, working with operational vice presidents, campus administrative staff, regulatory and planning agencies, architects, contractors and other entities involved in the planning, expansion and construction process. This position will be located at our facility near Denver, Colorado.
This position requires a bachelor of arts or sciences degree. A master's degree in business or health care administration is preferred. The position requires at least five years of administrative experience, as well as experience in dealing with and knowledge of senior adults.
