World Mission is committed to recognizing and understanding the movement of God in mission around the world, to prepare and to move with Him as He moves. An important part of our moving with Him in mission is partnering with 25 national churches around the world. The Congo Covenant Church (CEUM), our largest partner in mission, has over 155,000 believers today. In spite of living for the past five years in an area torn by civil war, they have been intentionally working to be the "light of hope for the Congo" and the rest of Africa. God has blessed them richly as they, in the midst of their distress, have sent missionaries to the Pygmies as well as to two other ethnic groups. Their success in sending their own missionaries to these people groups has been remarkable. God is moving in new ways in the CEUM and other groups with whom we are partnering.

Covenant World Mission is the result of not only our North American Covenant work but also that of all of our partners. It is God who has expanded His mission as we reach out through partnerships around the world, and for this we need to praise Him.
