Seminars Offered for All Ministries:
Developing a Leader's Heart. This seminar explores the concept of spiritual leadership and addresses the need for the character side of leadership. It introduces and gives opportunity for participants to briefly practice a formational way of reading scripture as a means of spiritual growth. Contact us for more information. (G,R,W)

"Sunday School: Charting a Course for Changed Lives" Seminar: For staff, teachers and leaders. Covers developing and supporting a Sunday School ministry team, clarifying mission and exploring various models of organization, to promote spiritual growth contact us to learn more. (G,R)
"Christian Formation: Growing Toward Wholeness in Christ" Seminar: Explores the concept of Christian Formation as a life-long journey, encouraging leaders to challenge and equip others in their journeys. Contact Debbie Blue for more information. (G,R,O)
"Family Ministry": Designed for church leaders. Focuses on the foundational elements of family ministry and offers practical ways families and the church can partner together to help families grow toward faith maturity. This seminar is sensitive to the wide variety of family structures and focuses on elements which will help each family continue on their Christian Formation journey. Services Offered for All Ministries:
Conference Board, Committee or Commission Planning. This planning resource will be designed to meet your needs. If you want to evaluate what you are doing, explore new ideas or define your ministries for the next year we can help. The focus will begin with getting in touch with the resources and limitations of your committee and will end with an emphasis on doing a few things well. Contact Bruce Lawson for more information. Soul Care for Leaders. Using GROW as a framework, this four-session retreat experience is intended to invite, challenge and equip Covenant leaders to deepen their spiritual life and strengthen their capacity to lean into the transforming work of the Spirit so that their leadership is truly spiritual leadership.
