of Congregational Planning and Governance Survey – Report

In the fall of 2003 the survey was sent to the pastor or church
contact person for each in the Evangelical Covenant Church. 178
people or approximately 20% returned the survey for tabulation.
Responses were received from all conferences. The responses also
seem representative of church size in The Evangelical Covenant Church.
