African-American Ministers' Association: Within the broader vision of the ECC, the mission of the AAMA is to support and encourage African-American pastors, ministers, and lay persons through fellowship, reconciliation, networking, resourcing, consulting, and church planting.

The Association of Covenant Camps and Conference Centers: Christian camping has always been important to Covenant people. An extensive network of regional Bible camps and conference centers supports the ministry of local churches.

The Children's Home of Cromwell CT: A private, nonprofit corporation under the auspices of the Evangelical Covenant Church. A treatment facility for children, ages 8-18, who are unable to live with their families because of abuse or neglect.

The Fellowship of Latin America Covenant Churches: CIPE (Confederation of Latin American Covenant Churches) unites Evangelical Covenant Churches from spanish-speaking countries.
