The Department of Women Ministries produces a number of resources for both individuals and groups. All resources are available through the departmental Office (773-907-3332; wmc@covchurch.org) or the Covenant Resource Center (800-338-IDEA; resource.center@covchurch.org).

1. "Women Ministries: A Strategic Tool of the Church" Video

Ruth Hill, Executive Minister of Women Ministries of the Evangelical Covenant Church, presents the vision and a clear rationale for women ministries on the first part of this tape. This presentation would be beneficial for all leaders of the church and not just those of women ministries. In the second section of the tape, Ruth fields questions asked by her audience. A discussion guide is included with the video. The cost for the video and discussion guide is $12 (plus approx. $2.50 shipping and handling).

2. Women Ministries Resource Notebook

Open the door to a tool chest of resources and creative ideas for your local ministry to women. One size does not fit all. Take part or all of the package and adapt it to fit your individual needs. Take what you need, adapt it, rework it, use it for God's glory "to advance God's kingdom through women."

The Resource Notebook has fresh new ideas combined with the tried and true concepts. Build your own women's ministry with a strong foundation. Utilize the equipping tools and try some new things in marketing and developing your local group. Enjoy the process!

3. Women Ministries Handbook - A Guide to Women Ministries for Local Leaders

The newly revised Handbook is now available! This Guide replaces the former green Handbook and contains invaluable information on Women Ministries:

Like other key Women Ministries resources, it has been produced in a ring binder format and in a way that permits insertion of additions in the future.

4. Coordinators Summit - Video or Power Point CD

The Coordinators Summit is now available in two formats – the original video (2000) and the Power Point CD (2004)! Both come with a master manual for reproduction. The CD format requires having a leader with previous experience at a Summit.

5. Keeping in Step with the Spirit

Written for Triennial X, August 2001, Dr. Linda Belleville, professor at North Park Theological Seminary, focuses on portions of Galatians and Philippians in her six-part Bible study.

6. Women to Remember

The Women's History Commission both commissions and solicits stories of women who have made a significant contribution to their church or their community. Volume V was presented at Triennial XI. These heart warming stories of women from the Evangelical Covenant Church will inspire and bless you.

7. "Plant your Praise" Materials

Women Ministries' new Thank Offering promotion, “Plant Your Praise”, was officially launched at Triennial XI. The new banks are made from a four inch terra cotta pot and the cover to attach designed for Women Ministries, saying "Plant Your Praise!"
