Women Ministries Cross Cultural Opportunities
PURPOSE: To provide women an opportunity to use their unique gifts in a cross cultural ministry while connecting with team members from across the denomination.
Opportunities for 2006-2007
PACE: Prayer and Cultural Education
- Spring, 2006 – PACE in Africa
- Spring 2007 – Ministry to women and children in Alaska (in planning stage)
PACE in AFRICA: March 16 – April 1, 2006
PACE Yourself in AFRICA! This “Prayer and Cultural Event” is designed with two emphases: ministry for missionary children and ministry to the Fulani people group. By seeing the ministry to Third Cultural Kids – visiting their school and hostels, becoming acquainted with their environment, attending their major production – you will gain a deep appreciation for both the young people themselves as well as those called by God to provide for them. And by visiting our Covenant missionaries working with Fulani in Central Africa Republic – worshiping with brothers and sisters in Christ there and viewing first hand the challenges to presenting Christ – you will leave blessed by the power of the Gospel and gratitude for those called by God to minister in remote places. Both experiences will enable you to pray more realistically and passionately for TCKs and our missionaries in Africa .
Cost: $1,900 plus air fare.

Prerequisites:
- Able to fly in small Cessna airplanes.
- Able to travel light.
- No serious food allergies.
- Great flexibility! All schedules are subject to change on short notice.
- Tolerance to warm temperatures.
