Grants and Scholarships Churches Planting Ministries Grants -- The Central Conference provides a variety of kinds of grants to churches seeking to plant community ministries of mercy, justice, or compassion. Hands Extended Loving People Grant (HELP) -- The HELP grant provides funds to churches wishing to reach out to their community to help those in need. Scholarships -- The Central Conference provides assistance for individuals to attend Connection, Jesustyle, Spring Breakout, or other learning or educational experiences. School Grant -- This grant application is for a church or group of churches to host a School of Prayer, School of Evangelism, Bringing My World to Christ or a Habits of the Heart retreat. You can request school grant applications by calling us at 773-267-3060 or by emailing us. Forms Training Needs Assessment form - Churches interested in having the Central Conference provide training classes and workshops may print this form to outline their needs for training (PDF format or Microsoft Word format).
